Also, we are signatory of the REAL ESTATE ETHIC CODEX for real estate mediation at the Croatian Chamber of Economy under number 22/11.
What does MENARS offer to its clients?
Our services include mediation in commerce of all kinds of properties (houses, flats, apartments, weekend – houses, building land, business offices and other objects) as well as investments and counseling.
If you are selling your property, we will faciliate the best way of presenting your listing, with a detailed description on our website as well as quality photography. We will help you with our expert advice as well as advice of our external associates both when assessing the value of your property and in negotiations with potential buyers. If looking for a property, our agents will present our listings database taking into account your priorities in order to help you with the decision process and also point to a specific property's advantages or disadvantages.
Throughout the whole process of mediation you are guaranteed legal protection based on the contract of legal support between our agency and a law firm.
Also, we have insurance policy with JADRANSKO OSIGURANJE PLC. for the damage that our clients could possibly suffer from in the course of mediation.
